Before and After Care

24 Hours Before:
* Drink a liter of water.
* Do not drink any alcohol or caffeine.
 
After:
* Do not eat 2 hours after your appointment.
* For BEST results workout & drink lots of water to detox everything out.

Security Deposit & Packages

To confirm and secure your appointment, a $25 security deposit is required. This deposit goes towards your services.

All packages must be paid upfront and you must schedule and use within 90 days of purchase.

If you are late to an appointment, it will be counted as lost time from your session.

Cancellation

Same Day Cancellation:
You lose your $25 deposit. A new $25 deposit  will be required for a new appointment. 

Same Day Cancellations on Packages:
You lose 1 session.

Rescheduling:
On 2 or more reschedules, you lose your $25 deposit. A new $25 deposit  will be required for a new appointment. 

Rescheduling on Packages:
On 2 or more reschedules, you lose 1 session.
